BBQ Wine - Sparkling White​

GRAPE VARIETIES: Bical, Arinto, Loureiro, Azal
COLOR: Pale lemon.
BOUQUET: Citrus fruit with toasty flavors.
TASTE: Extremely clean and ultra-refreshing with a persistent effervescence.
WINEMAKING PROCESS: Total de-stemming, soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation to 18 degrees Centigrade, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle.
AGING: A minimum of 9 months on the lees and one month after the dégorgement.
LONGEVITY: 18 to 24 months
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: All fish and shellfish, grilled poultry and pork, barbecued vegetables, light pasta dishes, desserts.​

BBQ Wine - Sparkling Rosé

GRAPE VARIETY: Baga, Vinhão, Borraçal
COLOR: Salmon blush.
BOUQUET: Delicate, fresh, red fruit flavors.
TASTE: Extremely refreshing, crisp with an elegant mousse and persistent effervescence.
WINEMAKING PROCESS: Total de-stemming, soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation to 18 degrees Centigrade, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle. Only 40% of the free-run juice was used to make the wine.
AGING: A minimum of nine months on lees and one month after the dégorgement.
LONGEVITY: 18 to 24 months.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Shellfish, delicate appetizers, poultry, flakey fish, pork and light cuts of red meat, desserts.

GRAPE VARIETIES: Baga, Vinhão, Borraçal
COLOR: Intense ruby.
BOUQUET: Deep mix of fresh red berries.
TASTE: Lively, elegant effervescence and
a harmonious finish. 
WINEMAKING PROCESS: Total de-stemming, soft and extended skin maceration with alcoholic fermentation at 24 degrees Centigrade, followed by a second fermentation in bottle.
AGING: A minimum of nine months on lees and one month after the dégorgement.
LONGEVITY: 24 months. 
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Excellent for accompanying all meat dishes, foods with spice, Mediterranean, Chinese and Indian cuisines, magnificent for barbequed foods.
